TeleChoice International Limited has announced the voluntary liquidation of its dormant subsidiary, Radiance Communications Pte Ltd, which is not expected to impact the company’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending 2024. Liquidators from RSM SG Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. were appointed for the process on 2nd July 2024.
