Tecnicas Reunidas (ES:TRE) has released an update.
Técnicas Reunidas, S.A., announced the approval of all proposed resolutions at their Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, including the adoption of the annual accounts and management report for the year ended December 31, 2023. The meeting also approved the application of the year’s profits, re-elected directors for a four-year term, and confirmed Deloitte as the company’s auditors for fiscal year 2024.
