TechPrecision Corporation has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-Q (Quarter Report) for the period ending December 31, 2024. The delay is primarily due to the need for additional time to integrate processes following the acquisition of Stadco and to finalize the financial review with independent auditors. The company assures that the delay stems from mechanical audit resource limitations rather than underlying financial issues. TechPrecision expects to file the report within five days of the prescribed due date, although it cannot yet provide a reasonable estimate of its results for the quarter. The company is actively working to complete its financial statements and comply with SEC requirements, with the notification signed by CEO Alexander Shen.
