Technology Minerals Plc has updated the market on revised terms for the conditional settlement of convertible loan note instruments held by Jonathan Swann and Atlas Special Opportunities II, LLC. The parties have agreed to extend the deadline for securing placing commitments to 20 March 2026 and the deadline for admission of new placing shares to trading to 30 April 2026, as the company continues to work on its planned fundraising and final audit approval.
