TechGen Director Increases Shareholdings

Techgen Metals Ltd. (AU:TG1) has released an update.

TechGen Metals Limited has issued a notice concerning a change in the interest of director Ashley Hood, who has indirect interests in the company through various family and trust accounts. On the 8th and 9th of July 2024, Mr. Hood’s indirect holdings saw an acquisition of 323,279 fully paid ordinary shares, with a total value of $9,551.80. No securities were disposed of during this transaction.
