Teaminvest Private Group Ltd reported a decrease in revenues by 3% and a swing from a profit of $6,200,000 to a loss of $2,199,000 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, impacted by an impairment related to a disputed master franchise agreement with Colour Capital. Despite the loss, the company maintained dividend payouts at 1.50 cents per share and introduced a new wholly-owned subsidiary, TIP Infrastructure Pty Ltd.
