Team17 Exec Acquires Shares Through Incentive Plan

Team17 Group (GB:TM17) has released an update.

Team17 Group PLC has announced that on July 10, 2024, through its Share Incentive Plan, Partnership Shares were purchased and Matching Shares awarded to key manager Mark Crawford. The Plan allows participants to invest up to £150 monthly, with Matching Shares vesting after three years, contingent on continued employment and share retention. Crawford’s total holdings post-transaction include 299,421 options and 34,591 ordinary shares.
