Team17 Group plc has announced the purchase of ordinary shares under its Share Incentive Plan on behalf of key management personnel, including the acquisition of shares for Chief Financial Officer Mark Crawford. Under the scheme, participants can contribute monthly for Partnership Shares, which are matched by the company and vest after three years, contingent upon continued employment.
