TEAM plc ( (GB:TEAM) ) has provided an update.
TEAM plc, the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, reported strong organic growth for the year to 30 September 2025, with revenues up 16% to £12.0m and client assets rising 11% to £1.29bn. All three divisions contributed, led by its International arm, while Investment Management expanded via model portfolio services and new UCITS funds and Advisory grew as more clients moved into discretionary mandates, helping narrow adjusted EBITDA losses as operational leverage improved.
Since the year end, TEAM has executed a step-change in scale by completing the all-share acquisition of UK wealth manager WH Ireland and announcing two EPIC transactions, collectively adding around £1bn of assets under management. These deals establish a meaningful FCA-regulated UK presence, lift group AUM to more than £2.3bn, broaden the client base and infrastructure, and are intended to accelerate growth by shifting the mix toward higher-quality recurring revenues and tighter integration of advice and investment management across UK and international markets.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:TEAM) stock is a Hold with a £26.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on TEAM plc stock, see the GB:TEAM Stock Forecast page.
