TEAM plc has announced the issuance of 125,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 20 pence each, set to commence trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around July 3, 2024. These shares will be equal in rank with the existing shares and will increase the total number of voting rights to 39,679,514. The move is part of the wealth and asset management group’s latest fundraising efforts.
