Teako Minerals Takes Full Control of Major Copper-Cobalt Project

1111 Exploration Corp (TSE:TMIN) has released an update.

Teako Minerals Corp. has successfully secured 100% ownership of the Vaddas and Birtavarre licenses, part of the largest copper-cobalt project in northern Norway, by amending their option agreement with Capella Minerals Ltd. The amendment allows Teako to acquire the remaining 50% interest for a cash payment without further share issuances or obligated exploration expenditures. This strategic move consolidates Teako’s control over the entire Vaddas project, significantly enhancing its asset portfolio.
