Teako Minerals Corp., a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company, has announced an extension for its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $1,000,000 through the sale of Common Shares. This extension will allow more potential investors to participate, with the proceeds intended for drilling projects and general corporate purposes. The second tranche of this offering will be available until the end of October 2024.
