Teako Minerals Embarks on New Joint Venture

1111 Exploration Corp (TSE:TMIN) has released an update.

Teako Minerals Corp. has signed a preliminary agreement with The Coring Company to form a C$3,000,000 joint venture for the exploration and development of seven mineral projects in Norway. Under the terms, both companies will equally share the new venture after TCC’s cash contribution, with Teako operating the projects. The projects, which are part of Teako’s extensive staking program, include resources such as molybdenum, copper, and gold among others.
