Teako Minerals Corp. has increased its non-brokered private placement to $580,000 due to high interest from Scandinavian investors, offering up to 6,444,444 shares at $0.09 each. The proceeds will fund mineral exploration in Norway and Finland, along with general corporate expenses. The offering is subject to regulatory approvals and the shares will be restricted from sale in the U.S.
