TE Connectivity is set to finalize its shift in incorporation from Switzerland to Ireland on September 30, 2024. The company’s common shares will have their last trading day on the NYSE on September 27, 2024, before TE Connectivity plc’s ordinary shares start trading under the same ticker “TEL” on the market opening of September 30, 2024, with a new CUSIP number G87052109.
