TDb Split Corp. Declares Monthly Priority Share Payout

TDb Split Corp Class A (TSE:XTD) has released an update.

TDb Split Corp. announced a monthly distribution of $0.04375 per Priority Equity share, to be paid on May 10, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of April 30, 2024. This payout contributes to a total distribution of $8.78 per Priority Equity share since the company’s inception, with a combined total of $16.68 for both Class A and Priority Equity shareholders. However, Class A shares will not receive an April distribution due to a net asset value per unit at or below $12.50.
