TD Bank Group has announced that CEO Bharat Masrani will retire on April 10, 2025, after more than a decade in the role and 38 years with the bank. The Board of Directors has named Raymond Chun, who has a 32-year tenure at TD, including leadership roles across various departments, as Masrani’s successor. Chun is set to join the Board and become COO in November 2024 before stepping into the CEO role at the next annual shareholders’ meeting.
