TCL Electronics Holdings Limited announced successful passing of all resolutions at its AGM on May 20, 2024, including adopting financial statements, declaring dividends, and reappointing directors and auditors. Additionally, the company confirmed the retirement of non-executive Director Mr. Li Yuhao following the AGM. Shareholders showed strong support for the resolutions with high percentages of votes in favor.
