TC Energy Announces Trading Blackout Period

TC Energy (TSE:TRP) has released an update.

TC Energy Corporation has announced a blackout period for its 401(k) Plan participants, starting September 30, 2024, due to a corporate spin-off involving South Bow Corporation. During this time, plan participants will be unable to perform transactions involving TC Energy Stock. Additionally, executive officers and directors are facing trading restrictions, with severe penalties for non-compliance, in an effort to ensure fair practices during the blackout period.
