Taung Gold Prepares for Trading Resumption

Taung Gold International Limited (HK:0621) has released an update.

Taung Gold International Limited has published its 2023 Annual and Interim Results, as well as the 2024 Annual Results, and is currently finalizing the corresponding reports, expected to be dispatched in mid-October 2024. The company’s shares remain suspended since July 2023, but they are preparing for the resumption of trading on the Stock Exchange. Despite the suspension, the company’s gold mining and associated operations in South Africa continue normally.
