Taung Gold International Limited has announced the appointment of Baker Tilly as its new auditor and a further delay in the publication of its 2023 and 2024 financial results and reports, as well as the continued suspension of share trading. The delays are due to the time required for handing over audit works following the previous auditor’s resignation. The company expects to publish its financial results and dispatch reports by 30 September 2024, insisting that its operations remain normal.
