Taung Gold International Limited has announced a further delay in the dispatch of its circular related to a significant acquisition for the Jeanette Gold Project. The company is currently refining its mining plans and financing arrangements, with construction expected to start in the third quarter of 2025 and gold production projected to begin in 2028. This delay, attributed to additional time needed for basic design and finalizing financing details, pushes the circular dispatch to December 2025.
