Tatton Asset Management Plc has announced its upcoming AGM for shareholders to be held on 30 July 2024, where special resolutions will address compliance issues related to historic dividend payments. The resolutions aim to rectify technicalities concerning interim and final dividends paid by the company without proper procedures. Shareholders are encouraged to vote via proxy and can submit questions in advance, with responses to be shared on the company’s website on the day of the AGM.
