Tate & Lyle PLC has reported the purchase of 183,588 of its own ordinary shares on September 13, 2024, as a part of its share buyback program initiated earlier in June. The shares were bought at prices ranging from £6.71 to £6.80, with the volume weighted average price being £6.76. These shares will be added to the treasury, bringing the total number of treasury-held shares to 13,530,591.
