Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd has announced a reshuffling of its Board and Board Committees, effective from 6 September 2024, with Mr Tan Lye Heng Paul joining as a Non-Executive and Independent Director. In his new role, Mr Tan will also chair the Audit and Risk Committee and serve on the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. The company has made a separate announcement detailing Mr Tan’s appointment in accordance with the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
