Stephen Elliott Young, Director of Tasmea Ltd., has increased his direct and indirect holdings in the company through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Young acquired a total of 54,889 ordinary shares directly and an additional 1,401,357 shares indirectly through entities Port Tack Pty Ltd and Maresa Pty Ltd, which are associated with him. The shares were purchased at various considerations, totaling over $2.27 million, and no securities were disposed of in the transaction.
