Tasman Resources Ltd has announced a new proposal to issue a maximum of 712,669,288 ordinary fully paid securities. This standard pro rata issue, with the ex-date set for July 2, 2024 and the offer closing on July 25, 2024, is expected to be finalized by August 1, 2024. The proposal aims to provide existing shareholders the opportunity to increase their holdings in a non-renounceable offering.
