Tasman Resources Ltd has announced a non-renounceable pro-rata rights offer exclusively for its current shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, aiming to raise approximately $2.85 million through the issuance of around 712.7 million new shares. Shareholders will have the opportunity to purchase additional shares at $0.004 each in proportion to their existing holdings, without the offer affecting the overall control of the company. The company’s directors, Gregory and Douglas Solomon, have expressed their intention to participate in the offer within regulatory limits.
