TASK Group Holdings Limited has announced an update to its scheme of arrangement with PAR Technology Corporation, where PAR will acquire all issued shares of TASK. The independent expert has reviewed TASK’s financial results and maintains that the scheme is fair and reasonable for shareholders, with TASK Directors unanimously recommending shareholders to vote in favor of the scheme. Shareholders have been advised to review all relevant materials, including the scheme booklet, and have been given instructions on how to change or submit their proxy votes for the upcoming meetings.
