Task Group Holdings Issues Employee Incentive Shares

Task Group Holdings Limited announced on July 8, 2024, the issue of 916,282 restricted share units, under an employee incentive scheme, which will not be quoted on the ASX until restrictions end. The units are non-transferable and are part of the company’s efforts to incentivize their workforce.
