TASK Group Holdings Acquisition Finalized

Plexure Group Limited (AU:TSK) has released an update.

TASK Group Holdings Limited has announced the legal effectivity of the scheme of arrangement after receiving approval from the Supreme Court of New South Wales, enabling PAR Technology Corporation’s subsidiary to acquire all issued shares in TASK. The acquisition will result in a suspension of TASK’s share trading from the close of today’s market, with shareholders set to receive their Scheme Consideration on the Implementation Date, 19 July 2024.
