My Foodie Box Limited ( (AU:TR8) ) has provided an update.
Tarrina Resources has completed a first‑phase diamond drilling and regional auger soil sampling program at its Christmas Gift Gold Project in New South Wales, targeting an NNW‑striking magnetic feature and extensions to historic high‑grade gold mineralisation. The work confirmed zinc and copper sulphide mineralisation associated with the gold system and intersected a new mineralised zone 250m north of the old mine, suggesting the system may extend further along strike.
Preliminary logging and pXRF data show a strong correlation between copper, zinc and gold, establishing copper and zinc as effective pathfinder elements and revealing more than 3km of anomalous strike to the northwest in soils. With six diamond holes completed for 1,180m, promising soil anomalies defined along a demagnetised trend, and $3.5m in cash to fund further work, Tarrina expects upcoming assay results in March 2026 to clarify the scale and prospectivity of the Christmas Gift system for investors and other stakeholders.
