Targa Exploration Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1,375,000 through the sale of hard dollar units and charity flow-through units. The funding is earmarked for the exploration of the Opinaca gold-lithium project and general working capital. The placement includes common shares and warrants, with an acceleration clause for warrant expiry if share prices reach a specified threshold.
