Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has successfully completed the first tranche of a private placement, raising USD $1.7 million without paying finder’s fees. Key participants included director Mr. Simon Collins and Vanomet Holding AG, a significant shareholder’s control person. The funds are earmarked for the optimization of the TiTan tin and tantalum plant and for general corporate purposes.
