Tantalex Lithium Resources has successfully completed the second tranche of a private placement, raising USD $250,000, and settled a debt with director Simon Collins by issuing over 13 million common shares. The company has expedited these transactions to strengthen its working capital without the need for a formal valuation or minority shareholder approval, as the transactions fall below the 25% market capitalization threshold.
