Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has been hit with a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission due to their failure to submit required annual financial documents. The order halts all trading of the company’s securities in Canada, with limited exceptions for certain beneficial shareholders. Tantalex is working to complete their audits and plans to file the necessary financial documents as soon as possible.
