Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has completed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $359,750 by issuing over 10 million common shares at $0.035 each. Director Simon Collins participated significantly in the transaction, which is compliant with regulatory standards for related party transactions. The funds are earmarked for enhancing the TiTan tin and tantalum plant and for general working capital purposes.
