Tamboran Director’s Stock Holdings Increase

Tamboran Resources Limited (AU:TBN) has released an update.

Tamboran Resources Corporation has disclosed a change in Director Frederick Barrett’s interest, reporting the acquisition of 6,600 common stocks at US$24 each, and an increase in his and his wife’s joint holdings to 4,541,044 CDIs. This change is connected to the company’s recent IPO on the NYSE. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts.
