Tamboran Director Invests in Company’s Future

Tamboran Resources Limited (AU:TBN) has released an update.

Tamboran Resources Corporation has issued a Change of Director’s Interest Notice, indicating that director Stephanie Reed has acquired a direct interest in the company by purchasing 8,250 common stocks at a price of US$24 per stock. The acquisition follows the company’s IPO on the NYSE and was approved by shareholders during a special meeting on June 16, 2024. This marks Reed’s first reported securities holding in the company, now totaling 8,250 common stocks after the transaction.
