Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 7, 2024, where it will adopt the latest financial statements and director reports, declare a final dividend of HK5.9 cents per share, and re-elect board members. The meeting will also involve the re-appointment of KPMG as the company auditor and the consideration of granting the directors a mandate to buy back up to 10% of the issued shares and to allot, issue, and deal with additional shares.
