Talmora Diamond Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $400,000 through the issuance of 5 million HD Units and 3 million FT Units. The funds are earmarked for exploration activities on the company’s Northwest Territories mineral properties and general corporate purposes. President and CEO Raymond Davies participated in the offering, which was conducted in compliance with Canadian securities laws.
