Talisker Resources Ltd. is launching a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2 million through the sale of 5 million units at $0.40 each, with each unit including one common share and a half warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes, with the offering expected to close by August 8, 2024.
