Talea Group S.p.A., formerly known as Farmaè S.p.A., has signed a binding agreement to sell its physical pharmacy, “Madonna della Neve,” to DRMAX Investimenti for approximately 4 million euros. The sale aligns with Talea Group’s strategy to streamline operations and focus on its expanding digital services, with hopes for future collaborations with Dr. Max. The transaction, pending due diligence, is expected to be finalized by the end of November 2024.
