Talea Group S.p.A., formerly Farmaè S.p.A., has approved a capital increase up to €7,999,000 to fuel its strategic growth and integrate Lawyer Adriano Pala Ciurlo into its Board of Directors. This move is aimed at securing financial resources for future investments and development initiatives, with the new shares being offered in option to shareholders by 2026.
