Yowie Group ( (AU:YOW) ) has shared an update.
The Takeovers Panel has declined to declare unacceptable circumstances in the cases concerning Yowie Group Ltd’s share placement and the issuance of units in the HHY fund. The Panel found insufficient evidence of association among placees and former Yowie directors, and determined that the HHY Fund’s actions did not adversely affect Yowie’s control, thus deciding against further inquiries.
