Takeda Issues $500M Senior Note Due 2034

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company (TAK) has released an update.

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited has issued a 5.300% senior note due in 2034, with a principal amount of $500 million. The note is a global note, subject to Japanese withholding tax unless held by certain entities exempted for tax purposes, and it will pay semi-annual interest starting from January 5, 2025. Payments on non-business days will be processed the next business day without additional interest for the delay.
