Takashima & Co., Ltd. has resolved to enter a joint venture with DG Power System Co., Ltd. to advance digital grid technology and establish a new company named DG Takashima Co.,Ltd. The venture aims to utilize both companies’ expertise to manufacture and supply digital grid routers, addressing the increasing demand for grid-forming inverters. The new entity is to commence operations on September 1, 2024, with an anticipated minimal impact on Takashima’s consolidated results for the fiscal year ending March 2025.
