Takamiya Co., Ltd. has announced a partnership with agritech venture Agrist Inc., aiming to leverage Agrist’s AI and robotic technologies to boost the development of Japanese agriculture through their TAKAMIYA AGRIBUSINESS PARK. The collaboration will expand sales of Takamiya’s high-performance greenhouse products and extend their agribusiness operations. Despite these strategic developments, the impact on Takamiya’s consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending March 2025 is anticipated to be minimal.
