Tajiri Resources Corp. is set to bolster its finances by raising $1.5 million through a non-brokered private placement. The offering involves selling units at $0.05, each comprising a common share and a purchase warrant, which can convert to additional shares at $0.10 within three years. The funds will primarily support the exploration and development of the company’s mineral projects and general working capital needs.
