Tajiri Resources Corp. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering, raising $495,000 through the sale of units at $0.05 each. The funds will be directed towards the exploration and development of the company’s mineral properties, general working capital, and costs associated with the acquisition of the Yono Gold Property. The company is also in the process of fulfilling TSX Venture Exchange requirements for the project acquisition.
